Estela Guerra
Her practice specialises in Employment and Corporate Law.
Estela provides legal assistance to the Human Resources departments of public and private companies, namely with regard to the conduct and instruction of disciplinary procedures, organization and restructuring of its labour resources. She also regularly participates in legal Due Diligences.
Estela also provides legal assistance for the commercial and corporate matters of the companies.
